Hi guys, sorry today's post is a bit late, and also short. The time just sort of got away from me today. Nonetheless, it is Thursday, which means another instalment of the A-Z of polish. Today's letter is E, and my 3 E polishes are Barry M - Espresso, and 2true Sequins - Eva (blue), and Elle (pink)
So, I started with 2 coats of Espresso, and let those dry completely. Once dry, I used my striper brush to paint alternating random triangles with Elle and Eva, then outlined them with the opposing colour.
Unfortunately I didn't quite fill in the point of one of the triangles, but in real life you couldn't really tell. If you could, I would have gone back and filled the darn thing in!
I left the design without a top coat, since I wanted to keep the matte and textured finishes.
I didn't go into this mani with any real plan, other than what polishes I was going to use, but I liked how it turned out. I love these 2 textures, as well as anything matte black, so this was bound to be a winning combo for me, even if the execution could do with a little work.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! How long r ur nails getting! Super mani also, I quite like the matte black. Do u have a pic somewhere of it on its own? I am also a big fan of texture polishes, they make any mani quite special without much effort.
