#33DC - Day 2 - Most used polish


I'm back with Day 2 of the 33 day challenge, and the prompt for today is most used colour polish.  I chose to interpret this as most frequently used polish, as some of my stash is 4 or 5 years old, but most of it I've had less than a year : D  So with that in mind, it had to be A-England - Avalon.  It's just the worlds most perfect purple!  I don't think I've had it even 2 months yet, but I've used it in about 6 mani's!  It's really given me a hankering for more A-England's too.
p.s if you're on a tight budget, look out for the gem of the month - every month, one shade will be discounted to £6 : D





 I decided to keep it simple, so as to show off this gorgeous colour, so I added a square purple holo stud to each nail. Then I did a couple of accent nails with a base of Color Club - Miss Bliss and some striping tape to create some irregular stripes. Unfortunately, you can't really see the holo in this picture, but I posted a swatch of it yesterday in artificial lighting so you could see just how intense the rainbow is in this polish.

This is a really simple mani, but I think it came out beautifully! (really sorry about the scabby finger in the last photo - I must have missed it whilst editing) Anyway, the next prompt is on Friday which is Tape Mani.  I can't wait to show you guys what I came up with for that, I really didn't want to take it off!
