The Neverending Pile Challenge - Holo

 *Purchased by me :D
Hi guys, and welcome to another day of the neverending pile challenge.  Today's prompt is Holo, which is the perfect chance for me to show you one of the Moyra holographics I bought recently.  You may remember a little while back, I reviewed 3 polishes from this brand, a red metallic, a purple gel effect polish, and a neon yellow texture.  After being very impressed with the 3 I was sent for review, I couldn't resist putting in an order and trying a few of the others.........

This is Aquarius, number 254 from the Holographic range, a light blue linear holo.  The photos show 2 coats with top coat.  I even managed to get a few photos in the sunshine coming through my window for this mani :D
Application was easy, the first coat did look a bit patchy, but it had evened out nicely by the second coat.  I did find the dry time to be very quick, so it's best not to work too slowly, but if you are a little slow, I'm sure an extra coat will sort it out nicely.
This is one of those holos that appears to be dulled when you apply the top coat, but that's just temporary.  The full linear effect doesn't show until the polish is dry, so it's less impressive in the bottle, and when only just applied, but as it dries, the effect will get stronger and stronger.  I also found that this showed it's holo in other lighting a lot better than my CC Halo Hues.  Under my bathroom light, the holo from my CC's disappears, but with this one it's a little weaker, but it's still visible.

Overall I'm really happy I bought this polish, and I'm looking forward to wearing the other 2 shades I ordered from this range!  Moyra can only be purchased through their Facebook page here at the moment, but they're currently working on a website.  Don't be put off though, ordering from the facebook page is easy, and Aliz is very friendly too :D

And, don't forget to check out all the other holo happies in the thumbnails below..........
