Dark Metal Lacquer - Mystery Box Review (September)

Hiya lovelies!  Today I have something exciting to show you all.  Last month, Dark Metal Lacquer launched a monthly mystery box, where each month there will be a theme, and the box will include polishes to fit that theme, plus a few little extras (some of which may be beauty items, or even something edible.) The polishes are exclusive to the boxes, and the price will vary from month to month, depending on what the theme is for that month. (For example, a holo themed box would be a little pricier than others, due to the cost of the supplies) The theme for the first month was Glitter, and the box was only £12.  Even if it had been a little pricier I probably would have still bought it, but £12 is a heck of a bargain!

A-Z of Polish: Y is for.....Your Choice :D (Dark Metal Lacquer - Flashy Sparklies)

*Purchased by me
Hiya lovelies!  Sorry this post is a bit late, I've had a super busy week this week and didn't get around to it yesterday.  Nonetheless, we're up to the penultimate week of the A-Z of Polish, and the letter is Y.  I didn't have anything for Y in my stash, so I decided to do "your choice" for this prompt, and just pick something I really wanted to wear............

A-Z of Polish: V is for...........Vortex Remnants

Hiya lovelies!  Sorry today's post is a little bit late.  I've just been so tired recently and haven't really had the energy to blog much.  Luckily, I have some time off work now, so hopefully I'll have time to rest up, and even get ahead on a load of blog posts.
But back to today.  It's Thursday, so of course I have my mani for this weeks A-Z of Polish, and this weeks letter is V.  Amazingly, I actually had a few choices in my stash for this week, but really, there was only one - Femme Fatale - Vortex Remnants............

The Neverending Pile Challenge - Glow in the Dark

A-Z of Polish - D is for..... Denim and Dimension X

Hi guys, and welcome to another day of the A-Z of Polish weekly series.  Today's letter is 'D' and I didn't have anywhere near as much choice as I did for C, so today's mani is quite a simple one.  My 2 'D' polishes are Barry M - Denim, and Pretty Serious - Dimension X......

The Neverending Pile Challenge - Boutique

Hi guys, and welcome to another day of the Neverending Pile Challenge.  The prompt for today is Boutique, just like a lot of the other Glittah' Pirates, I wasn't too sure exactly which brands are classed as boutique.  Luckily for me, I had an untried on my rack that actually says "Boutique Nail Lacquer" on the front of the bottle :D

The Neverending Pile Challenge - Indie

Hi guys, and welcome to another day of the Neverending Pile Challenge.  Today's prompt is Indie, and my untried indie is Glitter Daze - Halo.  Halo is a mix of gold and iridescent shards, with fine gold holo glitter in a clear base.

* As a way for you guys to get a little more insight about me, and what I like, I'm trialing a new thing called the Free Friday Mosh.  At the end of every Friday's post, I'll stick a song at the end of the post for you to listen to. Mostly metal and rock, but there'll probably be a few randoms here and there too.  I'd love it if you guys could give me some feedback on this, although please don't comment just to insult the music I listen to, those comments won't even be published.  I don't mind negative feedback, as long as it's about the idea, not the song I picked today :D

Tara's Talons - Too Girlie Girlie (designed by me!)

Hi guys, today I have a Tara's Talons polish to show you that I'm very excited about.  Recently, Tara ran a competition to design a polish for her Fan Collection, and receive a bottle of that polish, and I was lucky enough to have my idea chosen as one of the winners.  How awesome is that!?

A-England Stamping

Hi guys!  As promised I'm back with some nail art that was actually painted this year :D This poor mani has been sitting in my Ready to Post folder for ages now, not because I didn't like it, but because it didn't seem to fit anywhere in the schedule.  I figured it was about time it got it's turn in the spotlight......

Quirk - Oopsie Daisy #4

Hi guys :)  Today I have a beautiful polish from the awesome UK Indie brand Quirk to show you.  This is from the Oopsie Daisies range, which are prototypes/polishes that didn't fit in with any collections/polishes that Kerrie can't make any more of for whatever reason, and this one is simply labelled Oopsie Daisy #4.  How sweet is the sticker with all the daisies on it!

Tri-Polish Tuesdays

Hi guys, and welcome to my second Tri-Polish Tuesday.  In case you didn't see last weeks post, the colours for this month are purple, blue and green.  I used all 3 colours in last weeks mani, although I think today's mani also qualifies as all 3, since I've made some purple in the middle of my gradient :)

Indy's Indies - Tetris & Twister

*Some products in this post were discounted in exchange for review.
Hi guys, today I have 2 more gorgeous Indy's Indies polishes to show you.  Both of these polishes are based on games that I remember from my childhood, and I think Danielle has done a fab job of turning them into polishes......
