52 Week Pick 'n' Mix Challenge - 60's & Matte/Texture

Hello again lovelies!  Today I have my mani for this weeks 52 week pick 'n' mix challenge.  I've put both prompts into the same mani again this week, and those two prompts are 60's, and matte or texture.  Now, I know that tie dye is one of the most obviously 60's manis there is, but I haven't done one before, and I've wanted to for ages.......

Tri-Polish Tuesdays

Hi guys!  Today I am jumping into a challenge that I have been considering for a while, the Tri-Polish Challenge that is run through the facebook group, Crumpet's Nail Tarts.  The rules of this challenge are fairly simple: each month there are 3 colours picked, and you have to come up with mani's using those colours.  At least 1 mani must contain all 3 colours, and the others must use at least 2 of the 3.  You don't have to stick to the same polishes all month, as long as they are the chosen colours for that month..  You can also use black, white, silver, gold, and glitter toppers if you wish.

Nail-Art-A-Go-Go - Day 20 - Pop Culture

Hi guys, and welcome to day 20 of the NAGG challenge.  That means there's only 8 days left after today :(  On the upside, today's prompt is one that makes me very happy - Pop Culture!  This is always a good prompt, as you can always pick something that you really like.....

#33DC - Day 27 - a mani with 3 patterns

Hi guys, I'm back today with Day 27 of the #33DC, and the prompt for today is a mani with 3 patterns.  I think this was a hard prompt to be honest.  You want some continuity between each nail, but you don't want it to look too busy at the same time.  I actually did this mani in totally different colours at first, but I wasn't very keen on it, so I decided to try again last night with a simpler colour scheme.   I'm glad I did, as I much prefer this version, but I do have photos of both in this post : )

#33DC - Day 20 - A pattern from your wardrobe

Hi guys, I'm back today with Day 20 of the #33DC, and the prompt for today is a pattern from your wardrobe.  This was one of the mani's I have had planned from the moment I read the prompt.  I had recently bought some awesome leopard print leggings, but they were a bit too tight for me so I haven't actually worn them yet......at least I get to rock them on my fingers for now : D

#33DC - Day 18 - Mani featuring 2 patterns

Hi guys, sorry this post is so late, but we had a power cut earlier, so I was stuck in the dark with no Internet access for a few hours.  Anyway, today is day 18 of the #33DC and the prompt is a mani featuring 2 patterns.  My original plan was to do a half leopard/half zebra mani, but after I put the base colour down this idea just sort of developed and I went with it!

#33DC - Day 4 - Tribal

Hey everyone.  I'm back for Day 4 of the #33DC and the prompt for today is tribal.  I'm going to start by saying I'm not keen on tribal nails, which is why I have never attempted them before this. I respect people who can do them well, but I just don't like them on me.  Luckily for me, I've seen a few other people already today who have said pretty much the same thing, so at least I'm not alone!
