Tri Polish Tuesdays

Hi guys!  Since today is the start of a brand new month, I figured this would be a great time to jump back in to the Tri Polish Tuesdays challenge, which is run through The Crumpet's Nail Tarts facebook group.  For anyone who's not familiar with this challenge, the rules are as follows:
Each month there are 3 chosen colours, and every Tuesday we post a mani using these colours, plus the allowed extras; black, white, gold, silver and glitter toppers. At least one mani within the month must contain all 3 colours, while the others must contain at least two of the chosen colours.

So, the colours for July are pink, green and purple, which is a colour combination I am very fond of.  I picked a really great month to jump back into this!
I started with Barry M - Cancun, which is a matte teal, which to me at least, seems to lean heavily towards the greener side, so I'm hoping I can get away with this as a base :p  Once that was completely dry, I put some striping tape on my nail to form randomly shaped sections, and filled them in with Pretty Serious - Deep Space Destroyer (green), Cosmic Comet (purple), and 2true Sequins - Elle, and removed the tape while it was still wet.
I skipped the top coat since I loved the texture on matte effect, and just left it to dry naturally.

I absolutely adored this mani, it's full of all my favourite things, and it wasn't particularly hard to do either. Striping tape can be really fiddly at first, but it's one of those things that's really worth persevering with.  There are so many different things you can do with it, and nothing beats those perfectly clean lines in my opinion!

Don't forget to check out the rest of the mani's in the thumbnails below, and I'll be back on Thursday for the next instalment of the A-Z of Polish.
