Dark Metal Lacquer - Turn Loose the Mermaids (EP dupe alert!)

*Purchased by me
Hi guys, sorry today's post is a bit late, but I have THE most exciting UK Indie Polish to show you today.  This beauty is Turn Loose the Mermaids from Dark Metal Lacquer.  TLM is a multichromatic glitter topper, and is a great dupe for Enchanted Polish - Ciao Milano.  As soon as I saw this on the Dark Metal Lacquer Facebook page I knew I had to have it, and placed an order right then and there!
Be warned - there are more than 20 photos in this post, so get your scrolling finger ready..........

In these swatches, I'm wearing 2 coats over a plain black cream, with 2 coats of HK Girl to make it super smooth and shiny.  The formula was really easy to work with, not too thick, but not so thin it pools everywhere, and the colour shift is just amazing.  I've seen it shift through emerald green, teal, blue, purple, pink, gold, and a tiny bit of bright, almost lime, green at the most extreme angles.  I've done my best to capture all of these colours, hence the amount of photos.  I did try and narrow them down a bit more than this, but it was so hard that I gave up, so I'll leave the photos to do the talking and see you at the bottom.......

Phew!  I told you there were loads! :p  You've probably worked this out by now, but I am completely bowled over by this polish - it's everything I hoped it would be, plus a whole heap more!  Just incredible :D  I'd also like to apologise for the tip wear in these photos - I think that's the only downside to my new nail shape, but since I change my polish daily it's not usually an issue.

This polish is available from the Dark Metal Lacquer Etsy store, here, for a very modest £7.50, considering the sheer beauty of it.  As well as this baby, Kamila has released a load more new polishes recently, and I kind of want them all!  Seriously, go and have a nose around the shop and you'll see what I mean.  Just know that I'm not responsible for any subsequent damages to your wallet ;)

So, what do you guys think of this polish - do you love it as much as I do, or are you not that wowed by multichrome's personally?  Either way, I'd love to hear your thoughts.....
